IPC has appointed Caroline Ward as publisher for the three TV weeklies, TV Times, TV & Satellite Week and What’s on TV. She will join IPC on November 21, moving from Emap Elan.

Wilmington Floation
Consumer and business publisher Wilmington Publishing is to float on the Stock Exchange on December 6. The floatation is expected to raise about £12m.
