IPC Examines Developments In Magazine Market
IPC Magazines will be holding a seminar on Wednesday November 13 to look at developments in the magazine market.
Feast of Magazines will feature five editorial sessions on: the reasons behind the growth in men’s magazines, including the strategies for Loaded and Eat Soup; an analysis of the women’s weeklies sector and what drives purchase; the redefinition of the home interest market; the expanding TV market and why paid-for listings journals continue to grow despite the profusion of free listings data available elsewhere; and the importance of New Media and the development of profitable Internet sites.
There will also be presentations on advertising effectiveness with new research findings unveiled regarding the teenage girls sector, ad tracking, advertorials and sponsorship, mixed media, specialist magazines and the links between magazine advertising and sales.
