IPC Looks To International Growth With Expansion

IPC Media’s international department is strengthening its focus with the appointment of a business development manager and an account manager.
Eszter Cooper has been appointed business development manager, with responsibility for developing IPC’s titles in the international market. Prior to joining IPC Cooper managed a recruitment publishing company in Hungary.
Commenting on her appointment, Cooper said: “This is a fantastic opportunity and I can’t wait to get started. I am looking forward to driving IPC’s fantastic brands even further and realising their full potential on an international level.”
Marzia Micocci has been appointed international account manager and will be responsible for managing the smooth running of IPC’s international titles. Micocci, who has worked in account management at AOL and Excite, will work closely with Richard Benge, international executive to develop IPC’s international presence.
Commenting on the appointments, Siriliya Nawalkar, international publisher at IPC, said: “I am delighted with each of these appointments. I am really looking forward to working with this talented team and driving our offering even further.”
IPC Ignite recently restructured its advertising sales team as part of an attempt to further develop the potential of its portfolio, which includes men’s lifestyle and music titles Loaded, NME and Uncut (see IPC Ignite Restructures Ad Team To Drive Portfolio).
