IPC Magazines is about to publish a survey into consumer behaviour with regard to finance. The published details are presented in a similar format to IPC’s recent Holidays survey, combining responses to general questions with data specific to IPC titles – “51% of Woman’s Realm readers say that magazines give them ideas on managing their money sensibly.”
Financial matters are covered quite comprehensively, and even more detailed data is available from IPC’s computerised database. Areas covered include: Accounts Held; Customer Service; Innovations; Media & Sources of Information; Image; Financial Planning; Children’s Finances; Pensions; Mortgages; Insurace; Credit Cards and Borrowing. Survey date: Oct 1993-Jan 1994. The survey was carried out between Oct 1993 and Jan 1994.
