iProspect promotes Jack Swayne to CEO, London

As part of a trio of promotions, performance marketing agency iProspect has elevated its managing director, Jack Swayne, to CEO, London with immediate effect.

He replaces the current UK boss, Stefan Bardega, who has been promoted to president, EMEA. Swayne will oversee the London and Stafford offices, comprising of 400 performance marketing specialists.

“Jack has been an incredible asset to the London operation in his role as MD,” said Bardega. “He has been instrumental in building the business, accelerating our product development, and developing our high-performing team. I have every confidence he will excel in his new expanded role as CEO.”

Meanwhile, Bardega will transition into his new role in March – after which he will be responsible for the growth of all 53 offices across the region.

Bardega takes over the position from Mark Fagan, who moves into the new role of global business operations.

iProspect in one of Dentsu Aegis Network’s ten global network brands, alongside agencies including Carat, Merkle and Posterscope. Its clients include Diageo, ASOS, Eurostar and Kellogg’s.
