ISBA Focus On Media Inflation And New Media

The Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA) has today published its Annual Report and Accounts. John Hooper, director general of ISBA outlines the current and future aims of the Society in 4 key objectives:

“Convince the government of the importance of advertising in a market led economy; ensure a media environment that meets the business needs of advertisers; promote better relations between agencies and clients; and be a guiding light through the complexities of the new media.”

ISBA will also tackle issues such as cross media ownership and digital TV; readership information and sponsorship. The ISBA is holding a conference today on Media Issues; a full report will be available on Newsline shortly.
