ISBA To Investigate Multimedia Opportunities

The Incorporated Society of British Advertisers is to set up a new working party to focus on advertising issues within the new media, specifically the interactive and multi-media areas.

The working party will be chaired by Jane Jee, managing director of Access Brand. The working party will seek to identify opportunities and pitfalls for advertisers, as well as maintaining contact with the Government on legislative and regulatory issues.

Kenneth Miles, ISBA director general, said that “Companies of every kind are asking us for information and advice on the way these new media will develop and we want to separate the hype from reality.”
