ISP Moves To Simplify Agency Selection

The Institute of Sales and Promotions (ISP) has formed a partnership with the Advertising Agency Register (AAR) as part of a move to simplify the advertising agency selection process.

The partnership will see ISP members offered full access to the AAR’s advertising agency search and selection process as part of the AAR’s “added value membership benefits programme.” ISP members will also be given a 15% discount on promotional agency searches and a 5% discount for other disciplines including; advertising, direct marketing and media planning and buying.

Director general of the ISP, Edwin Mutton, said: “Selection of a new agency is an important corporate and business decision. It can be time consuming, confusing and expensive. The AAR, through setting best practice standards in the agency search and selection process, offers unparalleled knowledge about the UK agency scene.”

Last year the AAR and the Direct Marketing Agency announced plans to merge their agency registers in order to create a comprehensive agency search and selection service (see DMA To Merge Register With AAR).
