Paul Smee, director of public affairs at the ITC, has been made the director responsible for the ITC regional offices. His new title will be director of regions and public affairs. Meanwhile, Brian Marjoribanks becomes regional controller and will report to Mr Smee.
These changes follow on from a review of the ITC’s 11 regional offices conducted by Clare Mulholland who retired as deputy chief executive in September.
