ITC Appoints New Head Of Audience Research

The Independent Television Commission has appointed Dr Robert Towler as Head of Audience Research. Dr Towler was Head of Research at the Independent Broadcasting Authority for five years during the 1980s. His duties will include publication of the ITC’s annual report, “Television; the Public’s View.”
