The Independent Television Commission met on Friday to discuss recent allegations that Granada is breaching its initial programming contract (Newsline 25/2). The Commission ruled that “there is no evidence to suggest the licence conditions will not be met” and claimed that it totally refutes “unfounded and unsubstantiated allegations that the ITC is failing in its regulatory duties”.
