The Independent Television Commission (ITC) has issued a formal warning to satellite broadcaster VT4 for failing to comply with advertising scheduling rules. The broadcaster, which operates from the UK but broadcasts to Belgium, was found to have broken the requirement that there should be no more than 12 minutes of advertising or teleshopping in any one hour.
