The director of advertising and sponsorship at the Independent Television Commission, Frank Willis, has announced that he is to retire on the grounds of ill health. He has held the position at the ITC and formerly the IBA since 1987.
Chief executive of the group, Peter Rogers, commented on Willis’s departure: “Frank’s departure will leave a very large gap in the senior management of the ITC.”
