ITV today made a presentation to advertisers, highlighting their peak-time drama output.
In 1993, ITV showed 115 out of the 163 dramas that reached 10 million or more people. 27 out of the year’s top 30 dramas were on ITV. In 1993 drama delivered 19% more ABC1 Housewives than the all-channel peak-time average.
New dramas announced for 1994 include Cadfael, with Derek Jacobi as a 12th Century detective monk, Faith, with Michael Gambon, A Pinch of Snuff with Hale and Pace and White Goods starring Lenny Henry.
