ITV is to launch a drama sponsorship package which will include top rating drama such as Cracker, Prime Suspect, Emma and The Man who Made Husbands Jealous.
A total of 16 dramas including a new Morse special, the new Sharpe mini series and Poldark are on offer making the package the biggest seen on British television. The new package will be on offer from next year. As yet not all of the 16 programmes have been confirmed.
The package is a way of allowing ITV to obtain a sponsor for the one-off dramas which are less likely to secure sponsorship, because of their shorter length.
