ITV has announced that it will be restructuring the factual commissioning operation at the Network Centre.
Steve Anderson, currently editor of the BBC’s Watchdog programme, will take up the new post of controller of news and current affairs in January.
Anderson will work alongside a new controller of documentaries and features and a new controller of daytime. Both of these appointments will be announced shortly.
