Bauer Consumer Media’s weekly More magazine is being relaunched for the second time in a year to appeal to an older, more sophisticated readership. The £5 million redesign will hit shelves in September and will involve a change in format and content to include more features and more pages. The magazine will remain a weekly but its format will be enlarged to bring it up to the same size as Bauer’s other weekly titles, which include Bella, Closer and Grazia. Bauer is also relaunching Top Santé, its health and fitness magazine, in February 2009. The revamped title will move away from lifestyle content to focus solely on health and wellbeing. More has undergone similar revamps in the past. The title was redesigned in September 2007, when it changed from a fortnightly to a weekly. The magazine was originally monthly but moved to fortnightly in 2005. It suffered a double-digit circulation drop in the second half of 2007 to 200,033 copies per week, down 26.4 per cent year on year and 23.2 per cent on the first half of the year.
