Jan-Jun ’96 ABC Figures: Computing Sector

Future Publishing hold the largest share in the computer magazine sector with 46% of all circulations, although they publish the majority of computing magazines for all formats (i.e PC,Amiga, Sega, etc).

In the PC sector there have been notable decreases particularly with PC Plus (28%). PC Pro is the only title with any significant increase (21%).

Console/Games magazines seem to be in the decline with all titles having large decreases. Playstation Plus and Official Playstation Magazine have quite a large proportion of circulations following Sony’s successful launch of the Playstation last September.
