BAD PERFORMANCE IN SECOND HALF OF 1996
The second half of 1996 proved a poor one for the football magazines. In particular ’90 Minutes’ and ‘Soccerstars’ returned significant minuses, both down over 30%.

Only ‘Four Four Two’ was able to hold it’s position, it’s 84,012 figure actually being a slight increase. Meanwhile ‘World Soccer’ only experienced a modest loss of 4.11%.
Though comparisons are not available for the last six months of 1995, it is worth noting that ‘Match’ tops the table with 190,434.
