The north London arm of Independent Newspapers will be buying the Kentish Times group of newspapers, it has been announced.
Independent, which owns titles including the Camden & St Pancras Chronicle, the Chiswick & West London Guardian and the Ealing & London Recorder, is believed to be paying around £10m for the group which has seventeen free and paid-for newspapers.
