Laser Restructuring – Appointments

Derek Hemment has been appointed deputy chief executive of Laser and Philip France has been appointed managing director. Gary Knight and Simon Pardon are both appointed as executive sales directors and will jointly manage the newly-merged sales department, supported by six account directors. Ian McCulloch is operations director.

Mick Desmond, Chief Executive of Laser, said, “We have restructured to focus our senior management team on the changing needs of our market. It is important to strike the right balance between operational efficiency and customer service.”
