It is rumoured that Leagas Delaney is planning to cut its ties with its parent company, Abbott Mead Vickers Group. A management consultant is reported to have been called in to value the business for a buy-out.

Leagas Delaney has experienced a conflict of interest with AMV and this is likely to have influenced this decision. Leagas Delaney won a Coca Cola account last October and BBDO, who have a stake in AMV, handle the Pepsi account.
