Philip Circus, the IPA’s in-house legal advisor and legal affairs director for 20 years, is leaving the company to concentrate on his work as legal advisor to the Institute of Sales Promotion. He also acts as a partner in Lawmark, the Marketing Law Advisory Service.
Circus will also take on an expanded consultancy at the Newspaper Society which will include involvement in a ‘major development’ of the Society’s legal advisory services to include a number of advertising trade bodies.
