The shape of Liberty Publishing’s 963 Liberty Radio is slowly coming together with the announcement that Anna Raeburn has been plucked from Talk Radio to join the revamped Viva! station.
Ms Raeburn will present a ‘thought provoking’ daily magazine programme which will occupy a flagship position in the schedule of London’s newest station. She previously presented her own show every weekday afternoon on Talk Radio and made her name as an ‘agony aunt’ on Capital Radio between 1974-1989.
Last month *Liberty Announces Two Appointments Liberty announced its new sales and programming chiefs but is keeping the launch date and programme schedule secret. All that a spokesman would say is that the station would launch “before the end of the year” while its format would “highlight entertainment, news, laughter and conversation.”
