Reed Business Information’s computer trading title Client/Server Magazine has closed only to be relaunched in October under a new name Corporate Networks . The editorial and advertising staff of the ‘extinct’ title will move over to the new magazine.
This repositioning is intended to reflect the computing industry’s increasing concentration on the network as the centre of business information technology strategies. Corporate Networks hopes to give readers a one-stop-shop guide to networking their businesses.
Corporate Networks will be a 92 page monthly glossy with a controlled circulation; it will be sent free of charge to 20,000 readers with budgetary responsibility for buying networking products.
