HTV has announced that it is to start showing live football again on terrestrial television from next month. Five Nationwide Football League matches will be shown on the West of England ITV franchise before Christmas, with more following in the New Year.
Live matches to be shown include Bolton Wanderers visit to Swindon Town on December 22nd and will be shown on the West Match Plus sports programme. Programmes will start at 2pm with matches kicking off at 2.10pm. The first match will be the Midlands derby between Wolves and Birmingham City on November 17th.
