Liz Warner Quits Channel 4

Channel 4 have confirmed that commissioning editor responsible for Big Brother, Liz Warner, is leaving the channel to set up her own company.
Warner has been at Channel 4 for over three years and is leaving to launch her own independent TV production company later in the year. The company, Betty, will specialise in documentaries and factual programmes as well as drama production.
Warner, who oversaw both series of Big Brother for Channel 4, has also been responsible for She’s Gotta Have It, Nigella Bites and Perfect Breasts.
Before joining the channel she worked at Ginger TV, as a development executive and executive producer, and the BBC, where she was deputy head of the Manchester-based youth and entertainment department.
