The ITC has today issued an invitation for applications for the local delivery licence for the Chesterfield, Bolsover, Matlock, and Belper areas. This will enable a local operator to provide cable television and telecommunications services within the area concerned. This is the third licence to be advertised by the ITC; the others were for West Kent and Blackpool.
