Lottery Audience At 17million

ITV managed a more successful Saturday night than last week,the Network Centre claims. According to unoffical overnight viewing figures, this Saturday’s viewing figure for the Lottery draw was 17 million,down 4 million on last week. Over the evening ITV attracted 44% of the peak time audience against BBC1’s 42.5% share.

Blind Date managed an audience of 10.7m, an improvement on the 8m of last week and The Kids from Alright on the Night attracted 11m viewers. The ITV film, Commando starring Schwarzenegger, attracted a 51% share of the audience; (10m) whereas BBC1’s Airplane had an audience of 6m.
