LOVEFiLM in Warner Bros movie deal

Following on the heels of the three recently announced deals by Netflix, LOVEFiLM has announced that they have signed a major film distribution agreement with Warner Bros.

This will allow LOVEFiLM subscribers to access Warner’s most recent and forthcoming film releases via LOVEFiLM’s Watch Online service via the LOVEFiLM player on PC, Sony Playstation3, Apple iPad, connected TVs and Blu-Ray players, with the XBox 360 to be included by the end of 2011.

The deal will begin in December 2011, allowing access to movies including “The Dark Knight”, “The Hangover”, and “Sex and the City 2”.
