The privatisation of London Transport Advertising has attracted interest this week as the formal prospectus is due to be released.
Bidders are thought to include the three largest UK poster contractors, Mills & Allen, Maiden, and More O’Ferrall, as well as the French company Dauphin. The LTA management are also expected to put in a bid, as are LWT and Associated Newspapers.
London Regional Transport is seeking inital bids by the end of February, with an expected sale by the end of May.
