MACh 1, a consortium comprising of Meridian, Anglia and Chrysalis Sport, has been awarded the contract for coverage of Formula One on ITV.
Out of the five bidders *(Five Bidders For Formula One), ITV believed MACh 1 offered the strongest package. Marcus Plantin, ITV Network director said: “We challenged the bidders to achieve the highest standards of race coverage and production, together with imaginative features and support programming.”
