Maiden Revenues Jump 24% In The First Quarter Of 2003
Outdoor advertising contractor, Maiden Group, has seen sales rise by 24% in the first quarter of the year, as predicted in its full-year financials in March.
This is an outperformance of the market, where sales grew by 16.9% to £169.7 million during Q1, according to figures from the Outdoor Advertising Association.
Maiden today said that the war in Iraq would result in a slight decline in revenues for April and May and that visibility further ahead remains limited, as bookings for June are being made on a very short notice. The group is predicting revenue growth for H1 of 3% to 5.
