L!ve TV’s has now launched its new regional station, Manchester L!ve. The station is the latest in the growing L!ve TV City Network, joining Birmingham, Westminster, Liverpool and Edinburgh.
Jane Wroe, sales director of L!ve TV, says the Manchester station offers “a huge commercial opportunity, with the majority of paid for local newspapers haemorrhaging circulation, particularly among 16-34s.” Wroe believes that the station will deliver a high 16-34 profile because of its relevant local editorial context focusing on news, sport and entertainment.
The next L!ve City TV Network launch is likely to be in Newcastle in the Autumn.
…L!ve TV has won the right to be included on a CableTel channel package from which it had been excluded. The cable operator will now have to ensure that L!ve services are included for free on its First Choice channel option.
