Media Audits Launches DRTV Evaluation Service

Media Audits, the advertising consultancy, is to launch a new service early next year to help direct response advertisers get better value from their TV ad campaigns.

The new service will link response levels with advertising spots and will be based on a pool of information on clients’ DRTV campaigns including channel, spot duration, transmission time, cost, response levels and sales. Each client’s media buying and response data will be compared with other relevant advertisers in the data pool and the results will be used to help improve media value. Media Audits say that the service will help DRTV advertisers reduce media costs, maximise responses and increase sales.

Campaign data will be collected during November with the initial reports available for clients during the first quarter of 1997.
