Media Business Group has announced its first results since flotation last September: turnover was up 11 per cent from £44.1m to £49m and the interim pre-tax profit was 30 per cent higher at £412,000.
The group has won substantial new business in the last 12 months as well as increased spending from existing clients. In the six months to October 31, interest received had risen from £83,000 to £152,000, mainly due to improved credit and treasury management.
