It is reported that the Media Centre has moved into the top 3 of the 1996 media billings league. The findings, based on the newly released Register-MEAL figures, show that the agency ended last year with billings of £357 million, a 20% rise year-on-year. This rise is largely due to new business gained from Barclays and Packard Bell.
Zenith Media still holds the top spot taking £553 million in 1996, a 6.9% fall on the previous year, while TMD Carat reached second place with £401 million worth of billings for 1996.
