David Banks is to leave his post of editorial director of the Mirror Group to concentrate on radio. Although he will remain with the group to head its Internet publishing, to write a column for one of the papers and possibly to work for Live TV.
The former Daily Mirror editor has been offered a two hour breakfast show with London News Talk and will be working six days a week starting next week.
