Specsavers wanted to reduce the number of no-show appointments and to create an opportunity to fill cancelled appointments at short notice.

Medium: Working with Incentivated, customers were invited to sign up to receive a text message reminder when booking an appointment over the phone or in-store. SMS reminders were sent automatically to customers the day before their scheduled appointment.
Conclusion: No show rate for missed appointments has been reduced from 26% to 13%, and generated a £4 million saving per year.
