More O’Ferrall has announced pre-tax profits of £4.7 million for the 6-months to June 1995. This is an increase of 66% on last year’s figure of £2.8 million. Turnover increased by 17% to £39.3 million.
R W Gore Andrews, chairman, said, during the period under review, fourteen new long term exclusive bus shelter agreements were signed in the UK. The coming period sees more investment in new and improved bus shelters and investment in new billboard panels worldwide continues.
Mr Gore-Andrews said that so far, the second half of the year has been encouraging, with orders in hand higher than at the corresponding time last year.
