Martin Vernon has accepted the job of ad sales director at EBN, the cable and satellite business channel. Vernon, currently director of Business Enterprises at the Mirror Group, starts his new job in the next few weeks.
Universal McCann has had its group planning director poached by Coca Cole UK. Kester Fielding, who worked on the Coca Cola account at Universal, it to become the soft drink company’s first UK advertising and media manager.
Over at BMP DDB, TV director Steve Williams has been promoted to head of TV.
In the press, Carlo Bertozzi, Auto Express’s ad manager is leaving the publication to become ad director at Good Housekeeping. And, Mark Williamson, group ad director of Emap’s Q, Mojo and Kerrang! is to become publisher of Dennis Publishing’s Maxim next month.
