MTV Europe – Ahead In Germany
MTV Europe has announced the results of the Niko Werbe Index and the AWA ’95 study which reveals that MTV Europe is the most popular music channel for 16-34 year olds in Germany.
The Niko Werbe Index is a survey which was conducted in June/July 1995 among a sample of 5,020 adults of 14 years and over. AWA, a study linking consumer and media behaviour is based on interviews with 19,718 adults of 14 years and over. The AWA highlights the following information:
MTV viewers are:
Nine million 16-34 year olds view MTV a month according to the study, representing 47% of the 16-34 year old population in Germany.
