Nabs fundraiser raises over £150k for mental wellbeing

Nabs’ annual Stranger Than Summer fundraising gala on 5 June raised £153,500 to advance mental wellbeing in the advertising industry.
A total of 875 people attended the ball, which was held at City Central at the HAC.
The funds raised will help Nabs continue to provide its Advice Line service to those working in advertising, marketing and media.
So far this year, the Advice Line has already taken 2,200 calls. Notably, the proportion of calls relating to emotional support has risen to 40% compared with 33% this time last year.
Nabs CEO Sue Todd said: “We’re so appreciative of adland’s huge support for Stranger Than Summer and Nabs. The party was a perfect way for us to come together as a community and to celebrate everybody who supports our mission to advance the mental wellness of our industry.”
