Both of the Telegraph titles again boosted their readership figures in the latest batch of NRS data to be released. The Sunday Telegraph grew by almost 24% year on year while the Daily Telegraph increased by 10%. The FT suffered a large loss in readership, which fell 12%, as did the Independent which dropped by a similar margin to 771,000.

The Express On Sunday recorded the largest loss in readership, down over 18% while its sister title fared better with a loss of 7%. The Mail On Sunday also suffered a slight readership loss, with a drop of 1% to 6.202 million. In the tabloid market the Mirror Group took a battering, with the Sunday Mirror‘s readership falling 9% year on year to while the Mirror dropped 7%. The People fell to 4.903m and the Sun fell 2% to 9.931m.
