Connell May & Steavenson has bought the Generator Partnership, and will create a top 20 UK agency with estimated billings of £60m. A name for the new agency has yet to be decided. Last month CMS also bought the Lewis Broadbent agency.
… Grey Communications Group is setting up a new agency called Greycom. The agency will take business from Grey London, as well as key accounts from Grey Scotland and BWB Grey in Tunbridge Wells. Greycom will be run by Morgan Johnson and based at the group’s headquarters in Great Portland Street, London.
