New Appointments Across IPC Magazine Portfolio

IPC has announced a range of new appointments across its magazine portfolio, including new editors for interiors titles 25 Beautiful Homes and Ideal Home.

At IPC Connect, Niall Clarkson has been appointed publisher for weekly title Chat. The appointment follows a recent restructure of the Connect publishing team (see IPC Connect Restructures Publishing Team). Clarkson returns to IPC after a stint at Haymarket on 7 August.

Meanwhile, at IPC Country & Leisure TV listings journalist Richard Clark has been appointed editor of internet magazine Web User. Clark’s experience in TV magazines includes Radio Times, TV Times and TV & Satellite Week. Most recently he has been freelancing for Radio Times and Now and features editing for TV Times. He takes up the role with immediate effect.

At IPC Southbank there has been a spate of role changes among interiors titles. Jane Parbury has been appointed editor of market-leading Ideal Home following the move of Isobel McKenzie-Price to Homes & Gardens (see IPC Announces New Addition To ‘Interiors Dream Team’). Parbury moves into the role from the editorship of 25 Beautiful Homes. Rhoda Parry, who has been acting editor at the title since Parbury’s move, has now been appointed editor. Parry will work closely with publishing director Yvonne Ramsden to develop both the main title and brand extensions 25 Beautiful Kitchens and 25 Beautiful Gardens.
