New Business Launch – Food Service Management
Reed Business Publishing is to launch a new quarterly title covering the cost catering market, Food Service Managment. Launching on April 6th, the title will be distributed with Caterer and Hotelkeeper, which has a circulation of over 37,000, and will be inserted into relevant copies of Catering Update, which has a controlled circulation of 14,300.
Reed Business Publishing was approached by the European Caterers’ Association to publish such a title, and there are ECA members on the editorial board. The title provides analysis on the cost catering market in greater depth than currently provided in either Caterer & Hotelkeeper or Catering Update.
