The Independent Television Commission has announced they are to advertise another cable franchise area, for East Grinstead. The licence area covers some 42,000 homes from Worth Abbey to Reigate, including Crowborough but excluding the existing Crawley and North East Surrey broadband cable franchises.
Applications must be submitted to the ITC by noon on 11 March 1996.
