The ITC is to advertise local delivery franchises for the area of Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and South Staffordshire, and Carlisle. Applications for either of the two licences must be in by May 15 1995.
Applicants are free to choose which parts of the franchise area they wish to cover. Percentages of qualifying revenue are set as the minimum price to be paid by any applicant.
