New Consortium To Sell Global In-Flight Packages
Wood Lynds, sponsorship consultancy, is in the process of setting up a new agency to sell in-flight global packages. New Frontier Media will sell space in and publish in-flight magazines, as well as in-flight television, radio and interactive facilities.
New Frontier Media has already secured a deal with US Air and is in negotiations with a number of other airlines. It has also developed brand packaging with United Distillers for British Airways. David Goffin of Wood Lynds told MediaTel that the agency is still in the early stages, but things will begin to happen in the next few weeks. New Frontier Media “will provide tailor-made in-flight packages for global advertisers”.
